Our Groups Are Small
Through group travel, people are able to share nature's experiences. These are not "traditional" large group tours getting on and off buses. The groups we take are small (average 8-9 people) and personal, designed to uncover nature through intimate, close-up wildlife encounters that would often be impractical on your own. We pride ourselves in keeping our groups to the most intimate size possible-even smaller than our competitors!

We Won't Cancel!
While other companies often cancel their trips due to low participation, we guarantee our departures! This means that we will never cancel a trip because of low enrollment, giving our travelers the unique ability to feel secure that their travel plans are guaranteed. If you've ever experienced the disappointment of having your long-anticipated vacation cancelled unnecessarily at the last minute, you'll appreciate this important feature. Please be aware that a few of our trips (about 5% of them) have tier pricing which assists us in making this important commitment to you.

In keeping with our philosophy that we do not have to really “rough-it” to experience nature, the accommodations provided in our programs usually include the finest and most interesting hotels or lodges available in the areas we are visiting... specially chosen to bring you closer to nature and offer you an intimate look at the area without sacrificing comfort. These exciting accommodations are not just a “place to sleep” but rather often add to the entire nature vacation experience. They all include private bathroom facilities unless otherwise noted.

After a full day of immersing yourself in the world’s greatest natural sights, it is comforting to know that you can return to fully prepared meals with a variety available to accommodate vegetarians as well as special dietary needs. The meals we provide generally reflect local cuisine with an adaptation towards North American and European tastes. Most of our travelers are not full time adventurers... they are animal lovers, nature enthusiasts and people of all ages who have a desire to view wildlife in its own environment. They may not be able to climb Everest like Sir Edmund Hillary or dive with sharks like Jacques Cousteau, but they do possess the same thirst for encounters with nature. Since we feel that the splendors of nature should be available to everybody, we encourage people of all physical capabilities to join our programs. Our leaders are there to help.

We will send you a detailed Pre-Departure Briefing prior to your trip which will help you prepare for your adventure. They range from 15 to 60 pages long and are designed to enlighten you and educate you about the wildlife, the region, what to bring, necessary documents, health matters, photography hints and to prepare you so your trip runs as smoothly as possible.
